The forms are going home with your child(ren) today!! Date: 10/24/2023 Time: 9:30-11:00 Location: Paloma Elementary School Library Vaccines Offered: Flu Shots Immunizations are crucial for the health and safety of our students. We have partnered with healthcare professionals to provide these essential vaccinations, and we've taken safety measures to ensure a secure environment. Participation is voluntary, and we encourage you to consider the benefits of immunization for your child's health and that of their peers. If you plan to have your child vaccinated at the clinic, please complete and return the consent form by 10/23/2023.
